Autopolis is Luxembourg's leading automotive retailer, a multi-brand destination covering new vehicles, pre-owned cars, private leasing, and after-sales services. Despite the strength of their physical presence, their digital platform no longer reflected the ambition or the scale of the brand. As part of a broader digital transformation initiative, I contributed to reimagining Autopolis's entire online identity, from the visual language to the user experience architecture, across a complex, content-rich ecosystem.

The goal was clear: elevate Autopolis's digital presence to match the premium nature of the brands they represent. The new platform needed to feel elegant, modern, and confident — while remaining highly functional for a wide range of user profiles, from first-time buyers to professional fleet managers. Beyond aesthetics, the challenge was to bring clarity and hierarchy to an offer as vast and diverse as Autopolis's catalogue, without sacrificing impact or brand personality.

The design process started with a strong visual foundation: a bold typographic system, cinematic full-bleed photography, and a sharp black-and-white palette punctuated by red accents, giving the interface an editorial quality more often seen in automotive magazines than dealership websites. Each section of the site was designed with a specific user intent in mind. The Autofestival landing page was conceived as a full-screen, atmosphere-first experience, using oversized typography and dramatic lighting to set an immediate tone. Vehicle detail pages were approached with equal care, balancing rich visual content with structured, scannable technical information to support confident purchase decisions. Throughout the process, consistency and scalability were key: every component was designed to work across multiple brands, vehicle types, and content formats.

The redesign repositioned Autopolis with a visual language that finally matches the prestige of their offer. The new interface creates a seamless journey from discovery to decision, guiding users intuitively through an extensive catalogue while maintaining a premium feel at every touchpoint. By establishing a cohesive design direction across all key pages, the project laid the groundwork for a scalable digital platform capable of evolving alongside Autopolis's growing brand portfolio and ambitions.
